The day after Thanksgiving, Ryan participated in our church's first annual Turkey Bowl.

Thanksgiving '10

Thanksgiving was a wonderful day. I made us some breakfast in the morning - cinnamon rolls, eggs and bacon.

Since I had some cooking to do, Ryan took Owen to the park. He looks so cute all bundled up, no?
AJ stayed home with me. I gave him some Cheerios and he worked on his pincer grasp. Look at that look of concentration on that cute little face!

A little after noon we headed to Chris & Tara's house for our Thanksgiving lunch. Everything looked so pretty and festive. Tara did a wonderful job hosting, as always. We were joined by Doug & JoAnn, as well as Chris' parents.

After lunch we all played a really fun Catch Phrase-esque game and then hung out and chatted and looked at Black Friday ads while the cousins played.

What a wonderful day! So thankful for family and friends!

A DIY Cardigan

I saw this super easy DIY on a blog I follow

I used this long sleeve tshirt that was a little bit short on me.

Cut it straight down the middle

(I didn't even trace a line to cut - gasp!)

And viola! A cardigan.

Owen curled up behind Austin all on his own. Seriously, I love that they're friends!

Austin is army crawling now. I left him in the family room and came back a minute later to find him in the hallway.

As I told Ryan the other day, Austin has my eyes and Owen has my sweet tooth. Ha!

Pumpkin Patch

We had so much fun at the pumpkin patch last week. The weather was perfect and the patch wasn't too crowded.

We let Owen run free and he loved it!

Papa and Uncle Jesse joined us (we missed you Lynn!)

There was music playing and of course Owen had to stop and listen.
